In J\u00e4mtland, flatbread has been baked for everyday life and celebrations for a thousand years. The flatbread could be eaten soft or stored as hard bread for a long time in the storehouses. Flatbread baking could go on for several days, and in every village there was always a woman considered the best at rolling out the dough and a woman considered the best at baking it!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Our delicacy chips\u2014Flatbread Chips and Root Vegetable Chips\u2014work great as snacks on their own, but also add an amazing flavor experience as a complement to other J\u00e4mtland treats, such as reindeer meat, moose meat, cheeses, bread, jams, and marmalades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00f6rsj\u00f6 Deli also has its own Gourmet Dip Mix; a base of dried cream cheese with red onion, garlic, and chives\u2014fantastic to serve with Flatbread Chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
